Berlin skate punkers, Hit The Dirt, have created a cover of “White Christmas” just in time for the holiday season! The new single dropped on December 16 and the video went live a couple of days after.
Here’s what the guys had to say about the song: “We are big fans of Bad Religions EP called Christmas songs, so we kind of got inspired during a rehearsal and thought: should we do a punk rock cover of a Christmas song? Enjoy and Merry Punk Rock Christmas!
Santa Cruz-based hardcore punks Drain have released their Audiotree Live session. The band played ‘Feel The Pressure’, ‘Hyper Vigilance’, ‘Sick One’, ‘Army of One’, ‘Process of Weeding Out’, and ‘California Cursed’ from their 2020 album ‘California Cursed’. Drain will be touring Australia with Comeback Kid in January and touring Europe with Madball, H20, Hometown Crew and Hazen St, in March.

Milwaukee-based hardcore punks Big Laugh have announced that they will be releasing their debut LP. It is called Consume Me and will be out February 10 via Revelation Records. The band have also released a video for their first single ‘Mask’. The video was edited by Brian from POAC. Big Laugh, who released their EP Manic Revision in 2020 hit the road in the US with Gel starting next month.

German pop-punk duo THE DEADNOTES recently announced the release of their new single ‘Downward Spiral’ which is out now on 22Lives Records.

The music video for Howl Alone captures what it is like to experience sleep paralysis through a Spike Jonze lens. It follows a lonely young man (Ryan Metcalf) back to his apartment as he tries to unwind for the night, but he keeps waking to a monster in his room. At the climax of the song the lights flip on to reveal the monster is actually party animal Michael J. Wolf and he is ready to howl!

Chubby and The Gang have released a new song called ‘Red Rag to a Bull’. The song is off their Christmas single Chubby and the Gang Presents: A Christmas Extravaganza that is out now via Partisan Records.
Chubby and The Gang released their EP Labour of Love earlier this year and their album The Mutts Nuts in 2021.
