The 6-piece Celtic-punk band from Melbourne recently released the single ‘Rise and Fall’ and are set to back it up with their new EP ‘Highflyer‘
The brilliant Ramshackle Army recently released their latest single, ‘Rise and Fall’, via Riot Records and are about to follow that up with the release of their new EP Highflyer – which will be released on all digital platforms on the 2nd of July.
Highflyer is the band’s first EP release on Riot Records. The aggressive, up-tempo 5-track EP rips through at high speed, with each song made identifiable by the band’s catchy and memorable fiddle banjo and mandolin lines.
Lyrically, Highflyer draws on topics of personal experience: the challenges of the day to day and observation of the state of the world conveyed in an energetic and singalong fashion.
The Ramshackle Army has built quite a name for themselves, having toured the US multiple times and played with some of Australia’s biggest international punk acts.
Fans of The Tossers, Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly will love these guys – go check them out.
