Belgium’s 10th anniversary of this annual punk festival has a huge line-up over two days
The town of Duffel in Belgium is set to rock on both Friday and Saturday, August 5th and 6th, 2022, with an amazing roster of bands from all over the world. Set beside a castle ruin and playing over four stages are Descendents, Circle Jerks, Sick Of It All, The Bouncing Souls, Mad Caddies, No Fun At All, D.R.I., Comeback Kid, Strung Out, H2O, Zebrahead, The Adolescents, The Real McKenzies, Voodoo Glow Skulls, A Wilhelm Scream, Get Dead, Authority Zero and many many more, and with more bands to be announced.
If you’re wondering what makes this an ‘ecofest’, the organisers describe Brakrock 2022 as a “punk rock festival with a low ecological impact. With everything we do, we try to use reusable or recycled materials from table to fork…that’s why we use reusable cool drink cups and food trays with a deposit system. 90% of our food is organic.”
