What do you do when you’re bored sh*tless? Yep, that’s right you record a cover!
LA hardcore punk band Rotting Out have put out a cover of Nirvana‘s ‘Even In His Youth’. Or, as the band put it on social media: “Got bored. Recorded a cover. Jam it.”
The song, originally a b-side to ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’, is Rotting Out’s first new music since their third album Ronin, which came out on Pure Noise Records in 2020.
Alongside the cover Rotting Out also has a new limited edition t-shirt. Only available for one week, it comes with a digital download of the band’s cover of Even In His Youth.
Meanwhile, the band will be supporting Rise Against on some of the US and Canada dates of their Nowhere Generation tour, along with Pennywise, in April.
