Emo rock artist MattstaGraham shares his new single I’m So Dope.
The lastes track is out now via I Surrender Records and comes from MattstaGraham’s forthcoming album Prescribe Whatever. The album is set to be released on April 29th.
Speaking on the new single, he shares: “I’m So Dope is about lying to yourself about having self-confidence, believing the lie as fiercely as you possibly can, and deciding to have a good day despite the fact that your body probably hasn’t produced serotonin since 2004. We’re gonna reach self-respect with one headlight, two popped tires and the engine light screaming at your big dumb face on repeat baby! Just look into the mirror in the morning and say “I’m So Dope” ten times. Then proceed to drink an entire pint.”
MattstaGraham was first discovered by I Surrender Records thanks to Tiktok and his original song Gotta Be Productive, which has racked up almost 500k streams on Spotify, as well as parodies of Dashboard Confessional, Taking Back Sunday, My Chemical Romance, blink-182. Featuring tongue-in-cheek lyrics and an intuitive knack for knowing just what you’re thinking, MattstaGraham is ready to shake things up and get you out of the funk that’s been following you around since early 2020.
