Brisbane’s upcoming Full Tilt Festival has been postponed due to Melbourne’s extended COVID-19 lockdown.
It’s a crushing blow, but due to the current Covid-19 extended lockdown in Victoria and with the Queensland borders being shut for the foreseeable future, the punk/metal festival organisers say they have been left with no choice but to reschedule the Sold Out Brisbane leg of Full Tilt.
“We are devastated but incredibly proud of our team at Destroy All Lines for all their hard work and we will march on,” the statement read.
“The good news is that all artists originally announced will be able to make the new date. We would like to thank all fans for your support and understanding during these difficult times and we appreciate your patience through the uncertainty of the last week. Can’t wait to see you in the pit.”
The new rescheduled date is Saturday 7 August at Eaton’s Hill Outdoor. For all those fans travelling from other cities and can’t make the new date, The orgnisers are happy to transfer your Brisbane ticket to any Full Tilt city of your choice. For a refund simply return to the point of purchase.
All tickets remain valid for the new date.
