90s DIY Nuzzle’s long lost recording is finally being released. Available for streaming for the first time- ‘No Love Like That- The Stanford Sessions 1997 ‘- is the stuff of lore for fans of 90s West coast indie. It is essentially a demo and precursor to their 1999 LP ‘San Lorenzo’s Blues‘ and showcases the raw, energetic sound of their live shows. Dubbed an example of early ‘screamo’ – this is a rare gem that has been unearthed!

Australian punks Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers share their raw and emotionally vulnerable new single ‘Never Saw it Coming‘ giving us a taste of their forthcoming album ‘I Love You’ which is slated for release in September.In the meantime, the new single highlights the strength that comes with getting through a hard time with your friends by your side. Another intriguing and complex sound from these rising stars.

Calling All Captains release their new track

Canadian pop punk/post-hardcore band Calling All Captains share their brand new single and accompanying vid for ‘Unlike Me‘. This new track deals with the thoughts of feeling you’re not good enough for those around you. It’s a powerful track that showcases vocalist Luc Gauthier’s fraught, gravelly vocal style. There’s enough melody for the pop punk crowd but the sentiment is pure emo, so you get the best of both worlds.

Diesel Boy are back after 20 years!

Formed in 1993 in California, Diesel Boy went on to become the first band signed to Fat Wreck Chords’ imprint Honest Dons, releasing four albums with the label. They took a break from the punk life in 2000 and are now back after 20 years. New single ‘Dirty Dishes‘- about the demise of a long term relationship- is the second single from the new album ‘Get Old‘ – out next month! It follows the first single ‘Bismarck‘- which you can listen to below.

Brooklyn's Superbloom release new EP

Superbloom’s highly anticipated ‘Life’s A Blur‘ EP is out now and you can listen to some of the new tracks live as the band have also just announced European tour dates! You can get a feel for the new EP by listening to the latest single from the NY indie punks- ‘Tiny Bodyguard‘. The new EP follows up their impressive debut LP ‘Pollen‘ (2021) and takes their music in a harder, weightier direction showcasing how the band have developed their sound to reach greater depths.

French punks Fragile release debut EP

Comprised of former members of LANE and Dogs For Friends, this melodic hardcore 5-piece from Angers are rising stars of the modern European hardcore scene.
Their first single ‘Winter At The Museum‘ gives a flavour of the rest of the tracks on ‘…About Going Home‘ which merges 90s pop punk with the harder, more immense riffs of emo and the distorted swirl of shoegaze.
